Fees

Our fees are £20 for children aged 3 years and over and £21.50 for children aged 2 years per three-hour session.

Fees are payable in advance, half-termly.

A fees letter will be provided before the end of each half term. Payment can be made either by cash in a clearly named envelope or by BACS. Payment must be received by the date stated on the fees letter.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please speak to Sharon or Carly. We will always do our best to discuss your circumstances and work with you to find a suitable arrangement.

Holidays

If you wish to take your child on holiday during term time, please let us know in advance. Fees remain payable during any holiday absence.

Applecroft Preschool reserves the right to review and increase its fees where necessary to reflect inflation and increases in operating costs. Parents and carers will be given appropriate notice of any changes to fees.
